When you request a quote or book a move, we collect your name, phone number, email address, origin and destination addresses, home details, and payment information. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We also collect usage data such as attribution parameters and pages visited to improve our Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate quotes, schedule and complete your move, process payments, send booking and status communications, provide customer support, and improve our quoting accuracy and Service quality.
3. Sharing of Information
We share your booking details (origin, destination, home description, and move timing) with the subcontractor assigned to your move so they can perform the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not purchase lead data from third parties. We share data with service providers (Stripe, Google, GoHighLevel) only as necessary to operate the Service, under their respective privacy and data-handling policies.
4. SMS & Email Communications
With your consent, Move Chill may send you service-related text messages and emails, including quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, move-day reminders, and completion notices. You may opt out of SMS marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. Transactional messages related to your active booking will still be sent as needed to complete the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain booking and customer information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Residents of certain states (e.g., California under the CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights regarding their personal data, including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. Payment data is tokenized and handled exclusively by Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable physical, technical, and administrative controls.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
